I’m new to Pilates. Where do I start?

The “Begin” classes will best suit beginners. If you’re new to Pilates, these classes are perfect for you. Take time to focus on the correct Pilates technique to feel stronger, leaner and more aligned.

How does the free trial work?

Once you sign up, you will have unlimited access to all classes on the platform for 7 days. Your subscription will automatically begin at that point, but if you cancel during the trial period you will not incur any charge.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by heading to your account settings. Your account settings are located in your profile, located in the top right of your screen once logged in. Click here for more info.

Can I access the classes on multiple devices?

Yes! You can access the classes on your computer, tablet, smartphone or cast to a smart TV.

Will my subscription automatically renew?

Yes, both annual and monthly subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel prior to your next billing cycle.

What equipment is needed?

All classes can be done without equipment, but we recommend 1-2kg hand weights, ankle weights, a pilates ball and booty bands to enhance your practice and make the classes more challenging.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds for lack of use or for forgetting to cancel your subscription. You must cancel your membership prior to your next billing cycle to end your subscription and avoid being charged.
