This is the perfect plan to follow if you’re looking for a class that will leave you feeling energised. Whether you have lots of Pilates experience or are new to The Pilates Programme, with the Satisfy Me plan your goal is to lengthen, tone and align your body, while focusing on maintaining the correct Pilates technique.

With the live classes, use the modifications to the exercises, to ensure you feel satisfied.
